Steel Brush

The newly developed steel CONTROL BRUSH (diameter 100mm) offers an effective method to:

· Take off rust, paint or coatings
· Clean surface’s and welding seams
· Remove underbody protection or rubber seals
· To roughen up surface’s

Not recommended for materials like wood, plastic or aluminium.

The new CONTROL BRUSH “PLUS” adapter gives you a 40 mm wide brush, to clean larger areas fast and effective.

Advantages against common steel brushes or abrasive discs:

· Almost no warming of the surface
· No smearing or clogging up of the Control Brush
· Easily to resharpen, therefore long life time
· Ideal working with all Battery, Electrical powered or Pneumatic hand Drills

The following working rules should be observed:

· Always wear Eye protection
· Never exceed maximum Speed of 3500/rpm
· If working with variable Speed tools such as Angle Grinder, ensure before start that machine is on low speed. Do not apply to much pressure when working with Control Brush, best results are achieved with little pressure
· If performance of CONTROL BRUSH goes down, simply change turning direction of CONTROL BRUSH and hold it with little pressure for about 2 seconds against a sharpening stone or normal sand paper.This procedure can be done about 10 times.
